Profile Management is an agency for Executive Search and Expert Finding. Candidates do not contact us, we discreetly contact them. As a potential candidate for our clients, you have a high level position, you are successful and value quality. We will only contact you when we feel that a meeting between you and our client will be mutually beneficial.

What can you, as a candidate, expect from us?

We do promise the following to our candidates:

  • We shall approach you only for an actual assignment
  • We shall treat your information with utmost confidentiality
  • We shall forward your information to a client only with your permission
  • We shall give you honest and thorough information about the client and the job opening
  • We shall give you objective (career) advice, this is to serve the best interest of you, our client and ourselves
  • We shall guide you professionally and personally during, and if necessary after the search process
  • We respect the code of ethics of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling (NVP) and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
