How does Profile Management operate?

For an Expert Finding assignment, we follow these steps:

Profile Management makes an inventory of all relevant information about your organization and the position. Together with you, we determine the selection criteria for the candidate. These include education, work experience, location, industry, age, nationality and knowledge of (programming) languages. We make a distinction between desired and required criteria. Next is the STEP procedure: Search, Trace, Engage, Present.

Based on your criteria, we identify potential candidates. We do this by using our advanced, specialized software that follows ‘digital footprints’. It is a revolutionary search method that allows us to locate the best -always difficult to find- candidates.

After the footprints are found and followed, we fine-tune our results. We validate the information and determine which candidates meet your requirements. We move from a long list to a short list of qualified candidates who meet the selection criteria.

We approach suitable candidates in a personal and discrete manner. We inform them about your organization and the available position. Based on their response, we evaluate the results again, to produce the final list of qualified, interested candidates who are suitable for you to meet.

Now that all candidates have been approached, we select the top candidates: the ones with the best qualifications from those who have expressed interest.
